DotNetNuke BusinessPack

The DeltaMind BusinessPack is a full featured extension set for DotNetNuke CMS systems (For CMS details see http://www.dotnetnuke.com ).

The extensions enable highly integrated business solutions and professional websites based on DotNetNuke 3.*, 4.* without doing core modifications.

The BusinessPack extensions include a flexible CSS based navigation component (StyleMenu), an online shop with focus on software-, custom product sales and subscriptions (FlexiStore), a portal user-registration component with enhanced user profiles and seamless shop integration (Registration) and a process integrated login module (Login). With SSLSwitch certain web pages can be dynamically switched to a ssl encrypted connection (SSLSwitch) - e.g. during user registration and login. The HtmlInjector module offers a transparent embedding of Google Analytics, eTracker and other web statistic tools into DotNetNuke portals (HtmlInjector).

The DotNetNuke Business Pack Extensions are rock solid validation servers which integrate seemlessly with the existing Business Pack functionality.

Actually extensions for e-mail and direct debit validation exist:

checkMX Validation Server

Aquiring customers and users with valid contact data is essential for e-commerce and web portals. Especially the e-mail address is often mandatory for user account activation, online shopping order confirmation, product key and invoice delivery, marketing campains and so on. The checkMX product is a realtime e-mail validation solution based upon a performance optimized client/server architecture. It supports Mailbox level validation, MX record checks, syntax checks, Blacklist management, configurable caching mechanisms...see the feature matrix at a glance. The checkMX e-mail validation settings can be configured within the dnnRegistration module.

checkElv Validation Server

Offering accepted payment types is necessary for a successful e-commerce solution. Direct debit is the mostly used payment type, over 60% of all shopping transactions are made using direct debit (figures are based on the german market, see https://www.pago.de/uploads/media/PIN_Report2006_fach_08052006_de.pdf ).

The checkElv Validation Server offers immidiate account number and bank code validation based om the most current data of the german bundesbank. checkElv performs transaction safe updates automatically to offer an everytime up to

date client/server solution without any interruptions or administrative tasks necessary.

The checkElv Validation Server integrates seemlessly into the Business Pack for DotNetNuke and can be enabled just by clicking a checkbox.

Community Driven Development

The BusinessPack extensions have been initially developed by the DeltaMind GmbH and now are published under the BSD Open Source license. Features and enhancements are intended to be driven from community wishes and contributions mainly.

During the BusinessPack PreRelease phase, source code is available to project members and BusinessPack Extension customers only. Public release will be within the fourth quarter this year.
